Please elevate the priority of adjusting the rotational axis of the trackballs on the KeyMouse track.
When I move what is a comfortable motion for the left to right, the mouse goes down and maybe a 20-degree slope.
When I move bottom to top, it slants to the right by about the same amount.

What I need to do is rotate the axis so that it's comfortable to use.
Without this, my track mouse motions are choppy as I try to adjust to the visual feedback.

I've been using the device for about a week now, and while I am definitely adapting to the keys quite well, I am not adapting to the trackball axis at all. With other trackballs, I can physically rotate them clockwise or counterclockwise on the table if I have to. The KeyMouse track does not have that ability based on the form factor.

Regrettably, to compensate, I still end up keeping my real mouse at my side for when I need any kind of fast or precise work.

I'm aware of the mouse DPI settings, and that helps, but it appears that I can only adjust the DPI of the right trackball. The left stays constant. Is there a different setting for that?

Ashley Guberman, although we have added it to our requested features list, we aligned the trackballs to be very close to a default hand position. Is there any way you can send me a picture of your hand on the KeyMouse? I just want to review it. Also, for the mouse dpi settings, if you don't assign a button to "Mouse DPI 1200 (Both)" for example, it will only adjust the mouse dpi for the device that button is programmed to. You must use the option with "(Both)" to do both devices at the same dpi. That gives users the option to program each hand to different speeds if they want. See attached image.
