Hi,
I have a relatively old Keymouse Alpha and I had to reinstall my Windows 10, so I installed the software (v3.08) and it doesn't detect my keymouse. Is it because I should revert to older versions of the software? Because the keymouse is detected by my computer and works fine, it's what I used to interact with this software in the first place! The software just tells me that no keymouse is connected when I try to save to keymouse devices...

Thanks,
Martin

Hi Martin, yes you will need to load the 2.X version for the older devices. There is a link to the 2.X software near the bottom of the download page.

Yes, any 100 series devices (KeyMouse Alpha or KeyMouse Track) will need the older software to save key layouts to the devices.
