I have a key combination that lets me increase or decrease the speed that the mouse moves (Mouse DPI).
That helps some, but there is no speed that's right.
It's either too hard to do fine control or takes too much motion to go across the screen.

With other mouse drivers, when the mouse was moved rapidly, it would accelerate, but when moved slowly, it would be fine control.
How do we set the mouse DPI to be variable based on speed?

Yes, I tried having one mouse fast, and one slow. The trouble is that I still do a boatload of scrolling, and it made more sense to have one for scroll and one for the mouse.

Ashley Guberman that is actually controlled with the operating system. It used to be called "Acceleration" and had an adjustable slider bar. In Windows 10 it is now just a checkbox called "Enhance pointer precision". If you search "mouse settings" in the Windows search bar and then click "Additional mouse options" you should be able to adjust it. Attached is a screenshot if it helps.
