I have been using my Key Mouse for just over 2 months. The left key mouse is randomly freezing mouse movement. Buttons still work, only fix is to switch on and off.

Currently using usb for both devices.

@Ben Very sorry to hear this. How often is this occurring? Also, any chance you can send us a quick video so we can see the behavior? We'll work with you to get it resolved ASAP.

It started yesterday, and happened few times this morning, and 3 times while I was typing the above post.

For the last freeze I disconnect and reconnected the usb and has been fine since.

I will try and get a video for the next time.

@Ben Sounds good. I've experienced some strange behavior when I have too many devices drawing power from my USB hub (overloaded power draw). I don't know, but sometimes external things like this can cause it to act strange.

This was happening to me too, after using the keymouse for maybe 2 years with no issues (I got one as soon as it came out).

Was probably the same problem as you. But unplugging once did not help as my micro-usb connector was getting loose. I opened up the mouse and pressed down the spring pin on the connector with a screwdriver work (so it holds tighter) and the problem went away. Quick fix but took me a long time to troubleshot though lol
