I have a Keymouse Alph been using it for about a few years now. The right keymouse no longer works when it's plugged in by the cable only Bluetooth. It will still charge when plugged directly from my computer to the keymouse. However, going from left to right to charge it does not read that it's there nor does it charge. The software only sees the left one I keep plugged into my computer and it works fine. Has anyone had this issue before and what have yall done to fix it?
Hi Brett. Some customers have reported this issue in the past and it seems like the mini USB port is to blame. This is due to the mini USB port being surface mounted and is very easy to break. This issue is fixed in our new Main PCB 3.0. We have a limited quantity of 100 series Main PCBs but If you would like, I can put one on the website for you to purchase.

Hi Brett. It is possible to purchase the new KeyMouse Alpha 304 Bottom housings for KeyMouse Alpha models 104-110 as the bottom housings are still compatible. The new KeyMouse Alpha Bottom housings are sold together with our new PCBs in our KeyMouse 300 Series Upgrade Kit. The difference between the KeyMouse Alpha 304 Top housing and the older KeyMouse Alpha Top housings are minor changes, hence why we are only selling the bottom housings.
