Is there any method to map Mac `fn` key?
I'm not saying KeyMouse's `Fn Blue` or `Fn Yellow`

Dustin, it is a lot like "layers", which normal keyboards do not support.

Remember, it's generally not the Fn key that is important, but the signal (or event) produced by the combination of Fn+SomeOtherKey, and those events are the ones that we would want to be in the list of things we can assign to keys.

(There is obviously some event triggered by the Fn key itself, and Macally apparently figured it out since they have a Fn key on some of their Mac keyboards.)

I thought the mac Fn key was just a hardware function to access additional keys same as layers are done here? For instance, Fn+F# adjusts backlight, which there are keys for in the KeyMouse software. In that case, creating a "Mac Fn" layer and assigning the correct buttons to the appropriate keys on the layer would effectively emulate the Mac Fn key. Am I mistaken / missing something special that the Mac Fn key does?

I believe the Mac Fn key is low level controlled by Mac (not an actual key that we can send from our own keyboard). There may be 3rd party software that can do it at the software level, though.
